The service
Patch Genius may provide optional accounts, leaderboards, and rack sharing. Offline game functionality does not depend on these services, which may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn when needed for maintenance, security, or product development.
Your account and submissions
You are responsible for activity through your connected sign-in methods. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing names, scores, or rack content. Automated submissions, attempts to manipulate rankings, and interference with service availability are prohibited.
Moderation
Scores and shared content may be rejected, hidden, or removed where they appear invalid, abusive, or harmful to the service or its players. Access may be limited to protect players and infrastructure.
Availability and liability
Online features are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
